| This report is concerned about the experience with a high-resolution (10-MHz) real-time ultrasonic system inevaluation of testicular rupture. Sonographic features of 32 cases of testicular rupture were reviewed. Directfindings such as tunica albuginea separation was shown in 28 cases, testicular parenchymal protrusion in 21 cases,and fracture line in 18 cases. High-resolution sonography with its extremely detailed anatomic images enabled muchimproved evaluation of testicular rupture. |
