Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) is a rare but serious complication
that occurs in patients undergoing kidney transplantation. PTLD usually manifests
as a renal hilar mass comprised of histologically B-lymphocytes. We report our experience
of managing a patient with PTLD arising from renal parenchyma.
Ultrasonographic and MR imaging features of this unusual PTLD suggested differentiated
renal cell carcinoma arising from the renal allograft. |
