| 일측 신장 무형성을 동반한 중복자궁(uterine didelphys)을 비교적 드문' 선청성 기형으로서 자궁혈종(hematometra)의 동반은 보고가 많으나 난관혈종(hematosalpinx)의 동반 여부는 잘 알려져 있지 않다. 저자들은 초음파검사로 진단하고 수술로 확진된 동측의 자궁혈종, 난관혈종, 신장무형성을 동반한 중복자궁 2예를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. |
