| 목적: 갑상선결핵의 초음파와 컴퓨터단층촬영(CT)소견에 대해서 알아보기 위함이다.
대상 및 방법: 수술로 확진된 갑상선 결핵 3예의 초음파소견과 CT소견을 알아보았다.
결과: 초음파소견은 모두 불균일한 저에코의 소견으로, CT소견은 모두 한성농양을 시사하는 주변부테두리 조영증강소견으로 보였다.
결론: 갑상선결핵의 영상소견중, 초음파소견은 다른 종류의 종괴와 구분이 되wl 않지만, 초음파와 컴퓨터단층촬영소견은 갑상선 결핵의 진단에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. |
