| Sparganosis is an uncommon infection caused by sparganum, a migrating plerocercoid larva. Currently, various
imaging modalities have been actively used for the diagnosis of sparganosis before surgery. We present a case of sparganosis
arising in the subcutaneous layer of the thigh that was diagnosed only by an ultrasound examination. |
