| Small bowel obstruction is suspected when distension of bowel loops are seen on prenatal sonography. However,
ileal atresia could show atypical feature that is absent of bowel dilatation. We present a case of ileal atresia that appeared
as a single cyst-like dilatation of small bowel on late third trimester prenatal sonography. |
