| We present a case of acute pyelonephritis with an atypical imaging manifestation mimicking renal cyst on initial
ultrasonogram (US). On follow-up US, this cyst mimicking lesion transformed to a mass with heterogeneous echo
and then disappeared completely following treatment. |
